Manfrotto Lino Men's PRO Field Jacket - L Review

First what I like about the coat....
Pockets it has two huge pockets that collapse into smaller pockets that allow you to carry 4 lenses or an extra body and two lenses. I carry three cameras and this allows for a few extra lenses and or flashes.
Padding, the shoulders are well padded so the straps don't cut into our shoulders.
The epaulets are Velcro so you can put the camera straps under the tabs on your shoulders and the straps will not fall off...no matter what. Super design.
The zipper is water proof...super.
Two chest pockets also very water resistant with free memory card holder and leash attached.

What I don't like....
The fit is off...really slim...I normally wear a Medium but had to wear a large in this coat.
This coat is not insulated at all...very cold. And the back is VERY thin...ice cold thin, because the coat is cut slim a thick under coat would be tight underneath.
The collar will not lay flat at all...and the back is real flimsy.
The zipper is hard to operate (waterproof zipper) and the tab is on the left (European style) and very small and only goes up...not a double zipper so if you want to answer your phone on your belt you have to unzip the entire coat to get your hand on your belt...(yes it is cut that tight).
Here are no hand warmer pockets...just to two big lens pockets...so wear gloves because there is NO place to put your hands.
The optional padding is the first thing to lose...as there is no place to store the padding in the coat.
The belt is attached and made of material and will not slide through the buckle. Should have used nylon.
Needs more and larger inside pockets, 4 would be good...but there is only one...and two id pouches, very small pockets inside.
The two chest tabs that are made to hold the neck camera strap are too small to hold any of my straps very well.

So there it is in a nut shell....just so you know why it's reduced from over $500.00
