We've had a bizfon system for over ten years. We've had to replace the main control unit around 6 times. Fortunately, there are enough units on craigslist and ebay that the replacements have been affordable.

The system itself is fairly easy to use and program. There are a few quirks, but none that are significant.

The biggest complaint has been how unreliable the control units have been. After our last one died (a few weeks ago), we are now looking for another system.
