This is a FFP scope, i.e. the reticle enlarges as you increase magnification and shrinks as you decrease magnification. This feature makes it easy to range using the reticles mil-mil sub tensions. The glass is very clear and the controls, including fine focus, all work as they should and are easy to use. The case is very nice and so is the fabric cover. The tripod is not the best but it is functional.

If you shoot long range targets and need/want to range or call a shooter onto target accurately a FFP is a must, or you need to stick with a fixed power scope.
