I am a retired mathematics teacher, with forty-four years in secondary classrooms. I started teaching with chalk and chalkboard, but found that my hands literally became raw from chalk dust. I highly recommend the padded case to protect your investment. Since I purchased my own P10, the Center has now purchased one for general use at the Center. Once you use the P10, you will wonder how in world you can get by without it. The Elmo P19 is one amazing piece of technology!
