After years of struggling with repairing an aging snake at our church, we decided to bite the bullet and order a replacement snake almost a year ago. We shopped around, read favorable reviews, compared prices, and decided to give Seismic Audio a try. We ordered this snake along with some other gear and have been unbelievably pleased. About 2 months ago, a few channels on the snake began giving us problems, and I contacted Seismic Audio to see if they could repair the snake for us. I was unable to locate the original receipt, original invoice and Seismic Audio didn't have a record of the purchase. All I had was a VISA transaction to Seismic (and the problematic snake.) I was SHOCKED when they told me that they would ship another snake to us to replace the bad one and asked that we simply return the old one when we had the new one in place and working. WOW! Now THAT'S customer service! When the new snake arrived, we noticed that they had made improvements to the snake design (larger gauge wiring, more flexible wiring) but - in general - it's the same design.

The stage box is solid yet lightweight. The cables are flexible and well labeled. Each set of four are color coded (so once you find #1, then #2, 3 and 4 will be the same color - easy and quick to patch down.) There's a spare wire in the snake - should you have a problem after the warranty and don't want them to repair. Rubber coated snake cable (flexible - easy to roll up.)

Two observations. One - they're obviously committed to improving products that, in many respects, are standard "out of the box" products. Second - their customer service is second to none. Quick to answer the phone. Honored their warranty, even without clear documentation supporting it. Shipped promptly to avoid impacting our weekly worship service.

We've since ordered another snake (different location) from them, and have recommended them to several other churches. You won't be disappointed in their products or their customer service!
