I have to say, I usually do not write extensive reviews on many products but this time I had to make the exception. After purchasing several units over the years from Sennheiser, Sony and EV, I had to do a large live broadcast for a corporation and needed several LAV mics and a couple of handhelds and didn't want to rent $350 for the day or try and justify a $1500 multi-unit kit just for one event.

So after looking at several systems that were pushing the $900 to $1300 range, I came across this unit. I have to say my expectations were tepid at best. After hooking up to a 12 channel mixer that then ran directly into a PA system and then out to our LIVESTREAM video feed, the mics were very responsive and the range was incredible (over 300 feet). In addition, I had a couple of Sennheiser's in the room and was worried about interference yet the sound from the Awisco system had crisper more tonal range. Awesome.

The wireless handheld mics are very durable and heavy with a great soft grip. Reminds me of the EV RE2 units. Nice quality. Their range and limited feedback even when standing in front of a PA speaker was incredible. Bottom line, do not hesitate to purchase.
