Individual groups, A, B, C, can also be controlled in TTL mode with EV +/- adjustments. Groups can also be set to Manual mode, adjusting power levels remotely, or turned off. Zooming ahead Flash head zoom can be set to be dynamically adjusted as photographers adjust their lenses. Flash zoom can also be easily adjusted manually and set statically from 24 to 105 mm. The Phottix Odin system will also trigger compatible non-TTL flashes and studio strobes. I bought the Odin set to help speed up my photo sessions. I found that the Odin's work very well right out of the box. If you've tried wireless ttl you know that you'll have camera settings to change as well as putting your flash in the appropriate slave group. Canon's wireless technology is very involved compared to the Odin's. All I had to do was to put my 580EX flash on the Odin receiver, ensure that the switch was on the right channel, and switch the receiver to be in group A, B or C. The Odin worked flawlessly! I was able to use ttl and manual modes without moving from camera position and since I use softboxes I don't have to be concerned with "line of sight" with the Canon wireless system. GREAT PRODUCT! I highly recommend it.
